The privacy of your personal information is important to us. Information about our customers is vital to our business and will never be sold or granted to anyone for any reason. Your personal information will be utilized to fulfill your order and information needs only. Should an item you purchased be one that a Designer ships for us, we will share only the necessary information needed for them to do so. Furthermore, our payment page is a secured site.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available.

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 2 business days and our average delivery time is 5 - 7 business days depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, non-serviced items; however, orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery. Please note that customized items, special request items, items sent directly from our Designers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery. Many of our items are hand-finished per order and may take the full 14 business days or longer for delivery.

In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, items may be shipped from a number of different sources, and items are occasionally shipped in a number of separate packages via Federal Express, UPS and/or the US Postal Service. For items shipped directly from our Designers, shipping rates are calculated according to each Designer's preferred carrier and varies by product and location. Orders are charged as items ship.

In stock items shipped directly from The Plush Paw can be shipped via UPS (domestic & international) or the US Postal Service, and shipping rates are based on the total approximate package weight. If you choose to ship your packages via US Postal Service, please understand that these packages cannot be tracked and may take additional time for delivery. Orders are charged as items ship. For your protection, it is recommended that in stock items shipped directly from The Plush Paw are shipped via UPS with a signature required upon delivery. Please understand that The Plush Paw cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. These orders are final sale.

We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible using the size charts provided with each apparel item. Many of our items are custom ordered and cannot be returned. As the return policies vary for each of our Designers, it is best to contact us in advance to find out if the item you wish to purchase is eligible for exchange/return. In the event that an item is eligible for exchange/return, here are the guidelines that we follow:

The Plush Paw strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please email your cancellation request or order change to CustomerService@PlushPaw.com. Be sure to include your name and order number. Please note: Custom orders, special request orders or items being shipped directly from Designer cannot be cancelled or changed at any time. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs for any cancelled orders.

The Plush Paw values its customers and wants everyone to be satisfied with their purchases. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

You understand and agree that The Plush Paw has sole discretion, and without prior notice, The Plush Paw may terminate your access to the website if you have violated these terms.
